So you’re feeling really sick, you’re not sure what’s going on and then someone tells you that you better go to the emergency room.

Hi, this is LauraBeth Ryan. That just happened to me. I tend to push through things. A lot of my high achieving women is that you? You will push through and take care of what’s needed with the business, with your personal, and put your own well-being aside, even though I’m a coach, I am my own first client.

I failed, and it just happened that I was diagnosed with double pneumonia, and if it weren’t for my assistant saying, LauraBeth, you have got to go to the hospital, I was going to wait till the next day

Well, I really wouldn’t be here right now. So I’m thankful that I listened, and here’s my advice for you. You know, we oftentimes don’t see what our situation is when we’re in it, especially when we’re super strong, powerful women.

But what you need to do, and this is what I did, is listen to those closest to you who are supportive, believe in you, and have your best interests at heart. That is the best way for self-care is not just by looking at yourself but also by trusting those around you. And if you need support or help, I’d love to be of assistance, just go to cheerfulhearts.com.

Make sure you get our free download to Stop drowning in a sea of overwhelm.
And I wish you a great, cheerful week.
